6.25 (average) I watched the anime and it was fun, but the manga is much better. I love the names of the characters being based on legends of Hard Rock and it made me discover some bands I didn't know about. I own all the published volumes of the manga. Pity it remains unfinished.

8.50 (very good) After years without coming here I had to add Bleach to my watchlist. Love Ichigo with a passion. The animation is soooo good it hurts. Really amazing story, but due to all the hiatus it became kinda boring to watch. If the manga didn't become so confusing on the last chapters it could take 1st place in my favourites list.

Bubblegum Crisis

6.50 (above average) I only watched the Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040. It was a good anime, good animation, but not exactly my cup of tea. The opening and ending songs were good too, I have them downloaded.

7.50 (good) I liked this series, but Hungry Heart Wild Striker (from the same author) was much better. Pity it doesn't have a tag here.

10.00 (excellent) Love, love, love this series! Love the ending song and have "Blue" as ringtone in my mobile. Used to have Lain opening as my ringtone before this one. I own the manga, but I really didn't like it so much because it was based on the anime... I feel like it's more like doujinshi since it wasn't the original author who did it. I own also the "Knocking on heaven's door" movie in DVD.

Dragon Ball

9.50 (excellent) I still couldn't finish watching this series, but I own it all in manga and I own the specials in VHS, but they're in my other house so I don't really remember what is from DB and what is from DBZ. I think the adventures of kid Goku were better than the ones he went through in DBZ, it was way less repetitive than those days of endless fighting and training... even if it was really all that he did in both series.

10.00 (excellent) This is the very kind of anime that I like. Much drama, comedy, alchemia, nice characters (like Maes Hughes)... all blended very very nicelly. Own a few issues of the manga and the whole series in DVD. I'm still missing the movies, ovas and the brotherhood series.

Inuyasha

Last Updated: Aug 13, 2011

10.00 (excellent) Kagome is the first female character that I liked, because she has spirit, she isn't just a woman waiting for the hero to save her. I love her, used to cheer for her to give it a chance to Kouga so Inuyasha would be jealous and decide what he wanted from life already. Hehehe
The monk Miroku was also a favourite character, used to love it when the episode was centered in him. Still didn't get to finish watching this series, but what I did watch (above half of it) was top best.

7.25 (above average) Strangely I liked this one a lot. They lost themselves near the end, I expected more of the plot and all, but it was still an enjoyable experience.

Last Updated: Aug 13, 2011

10.00 (excellent) The very first anime I've ever watched. I was a little kid when I watched it and didn't really understand it, but then when I was 14 it was aired again and by sheer coincidence I was flipping channels and caught it again from the very first episode. It was a sequence that included G-Force, Space Pirate, Macross and Don Dracula. Good times. Macross will always remain as my favourite because I liked the emotional drama and the relationships between Hikaru, Misa and Min Mei. I still didn't watch another anime with such a good plot. I'm open to sugestions.

10.00 (excellent) Another anime that I love. One of the first that I've watched, I had to wake up 7:00 on a saturday to watch it (torture!!), but it was totally worth it. Used to love the relationship between Fuu and Ferio. All the characters are great in this anime, but it's CLAMP so it's to be expected. I own the series in official VHS, but it was a compilation of the first episodes in three tapes. Also own all of the manga.

9.75 (excellent) Another one that I love with a passion, but lost some points due to Emishi's arc beeing cut from the anime. The manga is the BEST I've ever read so far, I own it all too. Very good indeed. I don't own the dvds, but I have it recorded on VHS and have all soundtracks downloaded, gonna buy the originals as soon as the money allows. Oh, forgot to say that I own the Kenshin Kaden and the special issue about Yahiko.

Saint Seiya

Last Updated: Aug 07, 2011

7.50 (good) I'm a big fan of Saint Seiya classic (The one with 114 eps and the Hades Saga), but the merit I see in the series is the quality of the characters, they all are captivating even if the plot isn't really profound (you know, a fight that goes for two chapters, character nearly dies, but develops a new trick/level of cosmos and manages to keep going only to start the cycle all over again) and judging by the level of details it should be a masterpiece, so that's why I give it a 7.5.
I also own the manga, Kurumada's art is very detailed if a bit static to my likings, but is still worth buying cause in the manga we have more depth in everyone's personalities and the plot.

9.75 (excellent) I didn't give it 10 just because the anime didn't cover all the manga story. The manga is just GREAT. The best manga I've ever read. I used to be on edge every time I was reading. And to think that I actually DON'T LIKE basketball, it's a miracle I even decided to buy the first issue of the manga. The craziness was such that I didn't have patience to wait for the releases and went searching for scanlations to read it faster. And still I bought all 31 volumes of the manga, they're currently neatly aligned on my bookshelf.

10.00 (excellent) I give it 10 because this is one of the funniest anime I've watched so far. I actually recorded it in VHS and also have it fansubbed and dubbed. The two series of 12 eps each. And I downloaded the full manga Raw too, pity I can't understand japanese. The relationship between Celcia and Jumpei is priceless.

8.00 (good) I really, really like the characters in this anime, but the plot itself was too superficial for my tastes. With the drama material we have here this could go for 50 chapters easily (and I'm talking about only the original series, not counting Gluhen). The OVAs left me with a taste of sequel, but it never came around. Such a pity... and the character design of the OVAs was beautiful.

8.50 (very good) Even if it's basically the same fighting plot of Saint Seiya, this one has more action "outside fights", and I just love to see the personal lives of my favourite characters. I'm still buying the dvds to complete it. I also own the complete manga of this one, very good.
